    Job Title: Patient Scheduling Call Center Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Resolving concerns and inquiries with professionalism and tact.
    • Coordinating customer services and providing necessary education.
    • Maintaining high schedule adherence and productivity standards.
    • Handling all customer interactions efficiently, including scheduling requests and feedback calls.
    • Completing assigned administrative tasks and projects.

    Required Skills

    • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to type at least 45 WPM.
    • Capacity to stay composed and productive in challenging situations.
    • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced setting.
    • Punctuality and reliability in attendance.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of one year in communications, customer service, or a related field.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Epic and Outlook.

    Working Conditions and Physical Demands
    _Position is sedentary, primarily in an office, with minimal physical exertion. Majority of time spent sitting in a non-adverse environment._
