- Control and monitor construction to ensure that the project is accordance with design, budget and on schedule.
- Manage the financial aspects of the project, including monthly requisitions and change orders.
- Must have knowledge of all phases of plumbing and gas heating installations.
- Must be able to read and understand drawings, prepare RFI's, submittals, solicit subcontractors and price material and equipment for new construction projects.
- Responsible for the performance of subcontractors and other trades.
- Perform detailed plan take-offs from drawings and prepare final estimates.
- Responsible for project close out, O&M's, as-builts, balancing reports and valve tag charts.
- Attend pre-bid walk throughs if necessary.
- Prepare detailed scope of work and schedule of values.
- Commercial plumbing foreman 5 years.
- Project management experience 5 years.
- Must have strong computer skills and familiar with MS Office, project management and estimating software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent trade licenses along with 3 - 5 years industry experience.
