    Boutique Law Firm looking for a receptionist/legal assistant to handle client communication, draft legal documents, file, documents and send invoices.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Legal Assistant at Tefera Law Firm, PLLC located in Colleyville, TX. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the legal team. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing legal documents, organizing and maintaining files, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting in legal research and case preparation.

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
    • Experience or certification as a Legal Assistant is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
