- Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and develop project plans to address them.
- Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to each client's unique requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Assist clients in recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support clients in conducting training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of HR activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices .
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Because of the project locations an EU citizenship is required.
