We are currently looking for dedicated project managers (m/f/d) in the construction field for our major clients in the aviation industry in Frankfurt.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordination and independent implementation of all necessary measures following the heavy rain event.
  • Assumption of the client function towards architects, specialist planners, craftsmen and service providers.
  • Commercial processing, including purchase order requests, factual recognition of invoices and work in systems such as SAP, SMART Banf, EWALD, Clarity and Esker.
  • Coordination of measures with insurers, property owners, authorities as well as users (operations managers), works council, occupational safety, procurement (tenders) and facility managers.
  • Coordination of funding with internal contacts.
  • Tracking and monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality.
  • Initiation of countermeasures if necessary.

Qualifications:


  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, architecture, civil engineering, facility management or related fields with many years of professional experience.
  • Experience in construction management and processing of construction projects, both operationally and commercially.
  • Formal qualification as a speaker, preferably in the field of construction or facility management.
