Function description

You will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting of personnel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for temporary projects.
• Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant tracking and hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Because of the project locations an EU citizenship is required.
