    Description
    InGenesis is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work with our client.

    In this role, you will provide general support to the fiscal officer related to the processing of federal grants, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, fleet, and payroll.

    Job Duties

    Review of federal grant expenditures (Runs expenditures reports, reviews expenditure coding, creates pivot tables in Excel to examine data, creates reports for fiscal officer to review and approve)
    Completes federal cash draws for approved expenses.
    Maintains records for state owned vehicles and inventory.
    Reconciles monthly reports.
    Assists with payroll data entry and reconciliations.
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent.
    3+ years of experience.
    Skilled in Excel to include filtering and sorting data, pivot tables and basic formulas.
    Federal grant and state financial experience preferred.
