    Are you on the lookout for a position in the Cheerleading Industry?

    Candidate MUST have experience and/or knowledge of the cheerleading industry.

    This is a remote position with travel to hosted events.

    Candidate must be able to dedicate their day to this position and have a dedicated at home/work place without distractions during the season.

    This position is a remote work from home position along with some travel to events. Competitions are hosted mid-November through mid-May. The "off-season" is considered June, July, August and part of September.
    IDEAL CANDIDATE LIVES WITHIN THE MID ATLANTIC REGION AREA IN WHICH EVENTS TAKE PLACE OR NEAR A MAJOR AIRPORT.

    The Sales Executive ensures the growth and quality operation of Cheer and Dance Extreme (CDE) by organizing and managing all sales.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Sales Executive, under the direction of the owners or designee, ensures the growth and quality operation of Cheer and Dance Extreme (CDE) by organizing and managing the various activities to include customer one on one meetings, as well as developing marketing strategies to build the company while focusing on quality outcomes for customers.

    EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    Two years of college preferred but not necessary with industry experience
    Two years of work experience, preferably in an administrative and/or marketing environment or equivalent
    Three years of industry experience, preferably concentrated in both all-star and recreation/school cheer
    KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
    Knowledge and/or experience in the cheer/dance industry
    Knowledge and/or experience in current social media outlets
    Proficient keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheets, and electronic file maintenance
    Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Knowledge of proper writing skills and phone etiquette
    Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines
    Competitive personality yet highly coachable team player
    Able to multi-task, strong work ethic, and project oriented
    Self-Driven and problem solving skills
    Passion for results
    Professional image is a must
    Friendly, outgoing personality

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Respects the confidentiality of the position
    Reviews assignments and duties with designee weekly
    Create marketing strategies to attract new customers and most importantly keep customers returning to our events
    Foster and maintain client relationships through effective communication.

    Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

    Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.

    Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

    Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer activity.
    Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    Attend necessary meetings as requested by management.
    Prepares event specific media for sponsorship opportunities and social media blasts.
    Attend CDE competitions and fulfill duties as they arise.
