Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop the recommendation and orchestration capabilities of CSG.
As the Senior Lead Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and integration of recommendation systems that interact with various CSG systems of engagement and tools for automating data-driven workflows.
This role will help shape the direction of the product suite, and focus on creating data-driven applications by leveraging cutting edge technology and data science fundamentals.
This leader will be responsible for developing the overall product roadmap and executing against it while incorporating stakeholder and customer feedback into the products.
Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap, product vision, and strategy for CSG Recommendation systems that support the CSG Business motions. Oversee the end-to-end development of these products from ideation to deployment.
Be a technical leader that collaborates cross-functionally with business leaders, C-Suite members, and stakeholders to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
Work with business leaders and internal stakeholders to create technical requirements from business requirements.Drive the measurement strategy for determining the impact of your products.
Manage the resource allocation and workload of the scrum team in accordance with Agile principles.
Drive the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools, platforms, and methodologies for system development and integration, focusing on delivering with Salesforce tools.
Effectively communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management and executive teams.Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay ahead of technological advancements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, economics, data science, or a related field.
Prior experience (5-8+ years) as a Product Manager leading product development for enterprise applications.
Prior experience working with technical data resources (data scientists, data engineers, etc.) to develop customer-facing machine learning models and products.
Expertise in A/B testing methodologies to manage changes that insure positive business outcomes.Experience with system integration and API development, preferably with enterprise-level systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simply communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
Prior experience as a data scientist or data analyst preferred.
