The
InLine Hydraulik GmbH in Berlin has been a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd. from Changzhou, China since January 1, 2016.

As an independent subsidiary with 120 employees, we at InLine not only carry out the development and production of our Heavy Duty Axial Piston Pumps, but also take on additional tasks as part of the European expansion of our Chinese parent company.


To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a:


Assembly Manager (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing direct employees (annual reviews, annual training, regular communication, risk assessment)
  • Planning and ensuring employee and machine capacity
  • Ensuring the specified quality standards and characteristics
  • Achieving productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Creating and monitoring shift and vacation schedules
  • Participating in projects (continuous improvement, new technology, etc.)

Employee profile:


  • Master's degree (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Knowledge of measurement and testing techniques
  • Leadership skills
  • Computer skills with a focus on MS Office
  • Reliability and teamwork
