Your tasks

You will learn the business of personnel consulting from the ground up and support our team in their operational work
You will learn our processes, such as job posting management, active sourcing, and applicant management, and gradually take on parts of them yourself
You will process incoming applications, handle telephone and email communication, and assist with scheduling appointments
You will gain a deep insight into active sourcing and, after thorough training, take on your own search projects
You will receive individual, exciting tasks that require your critical thinking and allow you to take on responsibility quickly
