Job Description

As a manager (m/f/d), you will lead "your" GASTRO wholesale market in Wolfsburg as a leader with high responsibility and together with your team, you will live the idea of the best possible customer orientation.

Employee management: You motivate your team (approx employees) in the wholesale market and support them in their personal and professional development.

Organization of work processes: You control the work processes in the individual departments and develop measures for process optimization.

Business success: With your experience and confident handling of business figures, you directly contribute to the success of the market you lead.

Development of suitable marketing strategies: You analyze and control the marketing strategies and develop them further.

Strategic partner: You act as a strategic partner for the company headquarters and are responsible for networking with other METRO and METRO Gastro markets within your region.

Representation: You represent your market at major events and important customers.

Qualifications

Leadership experience: You already have leadership experience in the retail context, enjoy working with people, and have
