- Identify areas of opportunity to align legacy partner operations with current enterprise and commercial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive internal/external enablement
- Develop actionable steps that will improve provisioning processes and optimize results; gather and interpret data, drive benefits case assessment, identify trends and unique use cases
- Manage all project and change management activities and reporting
- Support and action team's operational rhythm and cadence (business reviews, reporting, roll-ups, benefits review committee)
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a specific focus on operations and/or partner program support
- Self Starter who is highly motivated, takes initiative and can manage day to day without direct supervision
- Fast learner who can get up to speed quickly
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
- Team Player who can put the team before self
- Ability to be highly collaborative with cross functional stakeholders
