    Job Opportunity: Licensing Manager-Specialist at Dollar Loan Center



    Job Title: Licensing Manager-Specialist (Corporate)

    Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000

    Position Summary: Looking for a Licensing Manager-Specialist to handle corporate licensing and ensure compliance with regulations at Dollar Loan Center. Must be organized, straightforward in communication, and deliver quality work efficiently. Ability to work independently is crucial.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Handle business planning, zoning, certificates, licenses, insurance, and bonds.
    • Prepare and submit renewals, registrations, filings, and reports.
    • Develop and maintain a database of necessary documents.
    • Collect confidential information from employees for licensure.
    • Monitor work progress and escalate issues promptly.
    • Utilize internal and external systems and databases for licensure.
    • Receive and process licensing correspondence.
    • File and retrieve corporate documents.
    • Maintain organization and proper record-keeping.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for compliance.
    • Notarize documents as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Manage confidential information.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field OR 3 years of related experience.
    • Understanding of licensing regulations for financial services.
    • Experience with NMLS and licensing management software.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
    • Proactive and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Compliance certifications like CRCM.
    • Knowledge of corporate entity and ownership structures.
    • Notary Public in Nevada.
