    Are you a caring therapist eager to contribute to the transformation of behavioral health care? You aspire to prioritize patient care over administrative tasks, thrive in a collaborative setting with supportive coaches and clinical supervisors, and aim to equip participants with practical skills and positive habits through proven protocols.

    *1099 Contracts Available

    • Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants in therapy
    • 10 hours per week required between 9a-8pm local time, to be completed during the week or weekends with a consistent schedule
    • Potential earnings of $40-$60 per session hour based on residency state


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer remote care in an 8-week evidence-based program
    • Track participant progress, offer follow-up support, and maintain session records
    • Collaborate with the care team, assist participants in accessing resources, and manage required forms
    • Respond to critical participant situations following established procedures
    • Participate in team and company meetings regularly
    • Maintain confidentiality standards and uphold HIPAA regulations

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) or equivalent
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for California residents
    • Commitment to a 10+ hours/week patient schedule


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Interest in obtaining licenses in multiple states
    • Hands-on experience in therapy using CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused methods
    • Passion for making a positive impact on individuals and the future of behavioral health


    *UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy is applicable to all remote staff.


    Opportunities for Residents in Specific States: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington have hourly rates ranging from $28.03 to $54.95, based on various criteria.
