    Job DescriptionRange Commercial Partners, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Richmond, VA

    What you will be doing:
    • Acts as liaison for project management team concerning project details and deliverables.
    • Assist in all aspects of facility project management and planning including but not limited to client engagement, design services management, pre-construction, contract generation, cost and schedule control, quality control, invoicing, and closeout.
    • Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and drawing estimates.
    • Ability to track progress and performance of the project.
    • Ability to fluctuate with process and procedure when situations require flexibility/ingenuity and also situations which require rigid adherence to external requirements.
    • Analyzes data as required.
    • Demonstrate ability to source, engage, and manage relationships with quality service vendors both regionally and nationally.
    • Monitor adherence to process and procedures regarding internal controls.
    • Ability to deliver clear and accurate expectations to both internal and external clients as well as contractors.
    • Requires on-site presence at property location(s)
    • Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate with diverse populations is essential.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    What you will bring along:
    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training in project management or administrative assistance.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
    • Ability work under pressure with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent multitasking skills.
    • Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid Driver's license.
