Job Summary:

Fox Marble, Inc. is in Richmond, CA. This position is on-site and mainly supports our Fox Marble sales and operation teams.

Job Requirements:

• Five or more years of Construction (Tile and Slab Stone) Project Management experience, including but not limited to developing project plans, coordinating projects, managing project team activities, and communicating changes and progress.
• Ability to selfstructure. Independence is key to this job, and therefore organization, strong time management and multitasking is required
• Hard working, conscientious, selfstarters who are looking to build a long term career with our company.

• Customer Service

• Manage difficult customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
• Must be willing to travel as needed based on project demands
• Successful Project Managers complete projects on time and on budget.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Adobe.
• A reliable work ethic, honest and on time.
• Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• Certificate program in Project Manager a plus.

Job Functions:

• Managing projects by collaborate effort with Sr. Estimator and Site Supervisor to ensure all projects meet budgets and complete on schedule with good quality.
• Approve and release completed projects/Jobs to Production Schedule. Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
• Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers.
• Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Always seek ways for improvement.
