Serve as a handson technical project manager with development staff and business groups. Coordinate and communicate with ITD management and staff to coordinate work tasks and resourcing. Communicate timelines and expectations to technical and business staff.
Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and contractors in the execution of projects including contract management and working with the procurement office(s).
Maintain project budget, plans, tasks, schedules, risks, and status and disseminate information to team members and customers as defined in the communications plan.
Ensure documentation of requirements and use cases, facilitate design workshops for assigned projects.
Ensure definition of test objectives, designed test plans and test cases for assigned projects.
Provide the management of project milestones and deliverables for ontime and onbudget delivery.
Define, measure, and clearly communicate progress with metrics.

Qualifications Required:

A minimum of 5 years of project experience in IT infrastructure delivery, Network infrastructure, Network architecture, wireless technologies, Cloud implementation, vendor management. Familiarity with telecommunications, network technologies, network standards and practices.
Manage projects consisting of network switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, fiber optics and internet services
Experience in the modern fabricbased networks
Network Fabric, underlay, overlay and SD WAN, Experience with VoIP infrastructure a plus.
Experience managing large, multistream projects.

Preferred:

Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management.
Agile Scrum Master certification
Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server)
