- Analyze daily and weekly reports such as special-order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data.
- Perform administrative tasks like preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credits and pick-up requests, generating sales quotes and menu suggestions, and filing reports.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field OR HSD/GED and 3 years of experience in Restaurant Management, B2B, or outside sales, or equivalent.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and Filipino.
- Preference for experience in Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, or Chef roles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Current automobile insurance meeting specified liability limits.
