e have an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer in the Charleston, South Carolina area

Summary:

Our client, a tightly integrated Automation & Data Platforms team is seeking an Application Developer to join our team. Following agile strategies, you will design, develop and maintain solutions focusing on the following areas.

Power BI/Automate/Power Apps Microsoft Power Platform

SharePoint

Azure

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for self-developed software solutions

Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company

Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company requirements

Analyze and test solutions and products before formal launch

Troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace

Ensure solution security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information

Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions

Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all end users are confident in the use of all developed applications

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in designing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and Power

Platform solutions

Managing solution development using Azure DevOps

Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Industry

Hands on experience with multi-phase globally delivered Dynamics 365/Power Platform implementation projects

Ability to learn quickly, engage deeply in new subject areas, and establish credibility with an eye toward drawing out complete and robust requirements from variety of stakeholders

Document requirements: Clearly, concisely, and completely document business needs via user stories/use cases, data flows, logical data models, et al. Document current state data and business process. Build, manage, and execute sophisticated test cases and testing plans.

Relay requirements: articulate business needs and complex business problems, to technical audiences and, where necessary, in technical terms; conversely, articulate technical concepts, particularly development challenges and risks, in business terms and with an eye toward business impacts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide meaningful, regular status communications at multiple levels of detail

Experience supporting Multi company/multi-plant environment

Ability to engage virtually with distributed teams

Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision

Good understanding of agile methodologies, creative design thinking and finding innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies

Expert understanding of Azure Cloud capabilities

Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results

Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

Understanding of Dynamics 365 SaaS administration and Azure PaaS component administration

Experience working in Supply Chain Management

Good understanding of Azure Data Factory, Pipelines, and Dataflows

Professional Skills Required:

Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

Excellent evaluation skills and troubleshooting abilities

Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

Ability to travel 10%
