Boeing
Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an
Associate
Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2) to support the
Final Assembly East Line Fulfillment Team based out of
North Charleston, South Carolina.


In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Supply Chain Management methodologies to ensure seamless coordination throughout the supply chain.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, and quality assurance, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
  • Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain
  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers
  • Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan
  • Coordinates part number attributes
  • Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
  • Releases and maintains orders
  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies
  • Reports schedule adherence issues
  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans. Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
  • Creates schedules for products and services
  • Coordinates and supports process improvements
  • Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience using the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, utilizing ERPLN, IBAS, SAP or other similar MRP systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with ERPLN, SAP or other similar MRP systems
  • 3+ years of experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range:
$69,000 - $73,000
