Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated
DCGS Training Subject Matter Expert to join our team at the
Naval Information Warfare Center - Atlantic (NIWC-A) in Charleston, SC.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:


  • Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop training curriculum and scenarios to support remote MEF trainers with various periods of instruction, research, development and testing of new software and hardware releases to ensure usability for fleet Marine users is expected and preparing and hosting demonstrations for inhouse.
  • This position is with the NIWC-A North Charleston Mobile Training Team (MTT) specializing in ADHOC System Software/Hardware (SW/HW) support.
  • The MTT travels to various locations to deliver training, focusing on curriculum development, standardization, and knowledge management.
  • The primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver "Train-TheTrainer" programs for resident trainers, enabling them to effectively train Marines on System SW/HW. Occasional direct training to Marines may also be required.

EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum four (4) years of experience as an instructor, including classroom and/or OJT instruction.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in development of curriculum for classroom and OJT.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

EDUCATION:


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II).

This requires one of the following certifications:
CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND and SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at time of hire and it must remain active.
