- Develop and execute a variety of selection techniques, like phage display, mRNA display, yeast display, DNA-encoded libraries.
- Help design and construct libraries.
- Screen and characterize binders using affinity and activity assays, such as ELISA, FACS, BLI, reporter gene assays.
- Use next-generation sequencing techniques to monitor selections.
- Ph.D. preferred in biochemistry, molecular biology or cell biology with 4+ years post-grad experience, or M.S./B.S. with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with phage display, mRNA display or other selection technique.
- Experience with biochemical and biophysical peptide/protein binding assays.
