- Requisition, sort, and issue office supplies and other equipment throughout the Institute. Track all procurement orders.
- Use various office automation programs to maintain administration records, retrieve stored information, and present data in a functional format. The various systems include Microsoft Outlook; Word; Power Point; Internet Explorer; Access; Excel; and Timekeeping in ATAAPS, Defense Travel System, ARIMS and AIRS web to prepare various documents.
- Manage the branch/divisions calendar's and network drive folders to include both SharePoint and Microsoft outlook.
- Help write, assemble and submit DTS travel vouchers for personnel. Perform all travel requirements for the students attending courses given by the Casualty Care Division at USAMRICD.
- Write correspondence; review and edit documents; route documents for staffing review and review outside of the Institute. The contractor shall review the format, composition and grammar prior to submission.
- Complete requests for information and taskers as they arise.
- Receive and annotate phone messages.
- Record and type minutes from all meetings within two (2) days of the meeting.
- Assist with timekeeping to include maintaining records, inputting, and tracking time into an excel spreadsheet and/or ATAAPS.
- Assist with in-processing incoming employees.
- Assist the CCCD at USAMRICD in providing courses to outside military and civilians by ensure that medical professional accreditation is available for all courses at MRICD- CCCD; executing the Army Training Requirement and Resources System (ATRRS) , the Resident Individual Training System (RITMS), and all other AMEDD Center and School processes;
- Execute educational support and internal controls processes; performing data extraction and analysis from appropriate student databases.
- Use system to announce the courses and instruct staff and students on any change in policy or procedures.
- Perform marketing activities to DoD and civilian markets through multimedia, hardcopy and telephone.
- Design and develop electronic media/data for each course and perform maintenance and testing of multimedia educational and training materials to ensure proper functioning for each course.
- Review/edit developmental computer-based education, classroom, and field training materials; and shall instruct the students on the requirements for training and shall provide direct student support during training activities.
- Coordinate, and arrange conferences, special events, etc. including preparing agendas, assembling handouts, and notifying participants.
- Receive visitors, answer phones and direct them to proper staff.
- Resolve non-technical problems, both general and specific in nature and communicate the outcome with the division or shop.
- Calendar management for multiple Supervisors
- Travel arrangement - car, air, hotel - domestic and international
- DTS Travel experience
- Strong administrative experience, preferably in a federal contracting enviroment
- Strong Database input experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information within and external to Venesco, LLC., using own judgment.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly develop understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
