Description

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Administrative Assistant in full-time for a long-term position. This is a dynamic and international trading company based in 28307 Bremen, supplying exciting customers all over the world with a comprehensive range of products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating the telephone switchboard and handling incoming mail as an Administrative Assistant
  • Providing support in marketing and assisting with preparatory accounting tasks as needed
  • Receiving and forwarding orders, and confirming them if necessary
  • Coordinating shipments to foreign countries by notifying the carrier for smooth processing

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant or hotel management assistant, and have some experience in office organization
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs and are not afraid to communicate with English-speaking customers
  • An open-minded personality and organizational skills complete your profile as an Administrative Assistant
