Description

JustAgame Impressions is looking to grow our sales team in strategic markets in Wisconsin and surrounding states.

All sales reps receive a draw on commissions to be set based on experience. There is no upper limit on commissions. You get out what you put in. Earning potential is high.

The ideal candidate is motivated, high energy, and extremely diligent in meeting customer needs.

It is your duty to go above and beyond for our clients. We take pride in offering fair prices and excellent customer service.

Work location will be a blend of in-house and on-the-road. Being located in, or willing to travel to, a target market will be critical.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain customer relationships.
Promote our company and product portfolio.
Manage a large amount of customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, and in-person customer visits.
Follow-up on any potential sales leads.
Manage customer database.
Handle customer complaints and find solutions.
Work closely with suppliers and stay informed of new offerings and trends.
Work with all departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Suggest and help develop new marketing and sales practices.
Prepare quotes, estimates, and invoices in our software platform.
Occasionally deliver products to local customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and people skills.
Above-average computer skills are an absolute must
Intelligent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and hospitality is preferred.
Physically capable of moderate lifting.
High energy and self-motivated.

Justagame Fieldhouse is the Midwest's premiere sports facility. Located in Wisconsin Dells it has all the amenities of a vacation hot spot. Justagame offers 35,000 square feet of gym space and specializes in basketball, volleyball, grappling, gymnastics as well as trade show events. Justagame Impressions is a custom screen printing, embroidery, and wide format print shop. We service a wide array of schools, teams, businesses, and individual clients. Products include all types of screen printed and embroidered apparel, promotional products, banners, canvas prints, stickers, vehicle wraps and more. Justagame Tickets is a digital ticketing platform largely for high school sporting events.Justagame Live helps its clients monetize live streaming for events of all kinds.
