    Requirements:

    • Preferably 2+ years of experience in external sales.
    • Proficient in negotiation, planning, and consultative sales techniques.
    • Ability to establish rapport swiftly with new and existing clients.
    • Detail-oriented and disciplined for success in an independent work environment.
    • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
    • Health and Life Insurance Producer license (or ability to obtain post-offer - license reimbursement provided).
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales.
