Recruiting NOW is a media company based in southern Germany with innovative solutions in the field of online job portals. We operate several high-traffic portals from Upper Bavaria to Freiburg.

We are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f) for Telesales to acquire new customers as part of the Jobs am Bodensee team in La Conner.

Our sales team is one of the key pillars of our success.

Our employees are the direct line to our new customers and are responsible for the telephone and personal sales of our product range.

Your tasks:

Selling advertisement flat products for our regional job portals
Independently building and expanding your own customer base
Responsibility for the sales conversation including offers
Collaboration with customer service
Market observation and documentation in CRM program (Salesforce)
Achieving individual quarterly goals

What you should bring:

Professional experience in sales
Enjoyment of personal customer contact
Professionalism and tact in contract negotiations and customer care
Decision-making ability, assertiveness, and persuasive skills, as well as strong communication skills
A winning personality that makes you
