Service Advisor (m/f/d) - starting immediately at the VW Center in Bergisch Gladbach and Siegburg, Westfield, WI

We are an automotive dealership representing the brands Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Skoda at 10 locations in the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis, Oberbergischer Kreis, and Rhein-Sieg Kreis.

In our field of sales and trade of new and used cars, as well as service, repair, and sales of spare parts, we employ approximately 480 employees.

Service Advisor (m/f/d) - starting immediately at the VW Center in Bergisch Gladbach and Siegburg

Customer consultation, order acceptance, and discussion of work to be performed
Preparation of cost estimates
Handling of customer complaints
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Identifying and utilizing market potential
Aligning employees with customeroriented thinking and behavior
Utilizing customer contacts in service for sales purposes
Adhering to the manufacturer's sales guidelines and fulfilling key tasks to ensure the company's competitiveness
Ensuring work quality
Working with the internal work program "Cross"
