- Lead the analytics strategy, focusing on monetization, content recommendation, personalization, and performance enhancement for enriched user engagement.
- Implement advanced machine learning algorithms and data processing frameworks to analyze vast datasets for actionable insights at micro and macro levels.
- Collaborate across teams to enable data-driven decisions and deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Lead projects to enhance forecasting, sales effectiveness modeling, and customer lifetime value analysis using advanced analytics.
- Oversee the development and execution of models predicting and influencing user behaviors, optimizing key business metrics in the agent analytics domain.
- MSc. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- 7+ years leading data science teams, with a focus on AI and machine learning in analytics.
- Strong engineering skills in Python and other relevant languages.
- Proven track record of product analytics using advanced machine learning techniques.
- Extensive experience in machine learning, BI, and analytics.
- Strong leadership skills, inspiring and managing talented scientists and analysts.
- Background in product leadership or growth roles is advantageous.
- Experience in roles involving monetization, such as ads, is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
