    About the role

    We are hiring a Campaign Manager who can independently manage the delivery of high-stakes international ad campaigns. This position will activate and drive revenue-maximizing campaigns with laser focus and unwavering ownership. This core role demands that you operate as the binding force, aligning all teams through sheer force of will.

    What you'll do

    • Manage campaign timelines, activation (including QA), delivery and execution, ensuring all work is carried out on time across internal teams and to agreed standards.
    • Liaise with external stakeholders, including partners' ad operation teams, to build relationships and drive campaign execution and delivery.
    • Independently triage and troubleshoot issues that surface during the campaign life-cycle.
    • Develop and harness your voice within the team to advise on set-up, activation & any campaign-related issues, becoming the face of campaign management.
    • Deliver operational best practices and proactive testing to provide frustration-free campaign launches, suggesting improvements where identified.
    • Capture clients' reporting needs and ensure these are being met mid-campaign and post-campaign.
    • Be the team expert in Ad Ops investigation and data analysis using our in-house tools.
    • Work to understand the data we gather and how we can aggregate and share through analytics and dashboards to increase overall understanding of our product effectiveness.

    Who you are

    • 3-5 years of experience working with digital marketing campaigns.
    • Experience within AdOps that provides a foundation of technical knowledge and understanding of the ad-serving landscape.
    • Experience with Programmatic solutions (DSP, SSP, Trading Desks) and the ad-tech ecosystem in general.
    • Experience in trafficking and delivery of Audio campaigns is a bonus.
    • Proactive and organised; able to juggle multiple campaigns in parallel.
    • A team player, able to build relationships across the business as well as with external stakeholder.

    This position's annual base pay range is $85,000.00-$110,000.00 plus commissions. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
