- Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team
- Interview and hire salespeople
- Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings
- Results-driven toward goal achievement
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Experience in a management capacity of sales, training, or operations.
- Strong personality and can communicate confidently and effectively with senior management.
- Enjoys sales & sales management and has experience coaching others on sales performance.
- Past training experience is a plus.
- Self-directed leader requiring minimal supervision.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Highly organized Requirements: 2 years minimum managing sales teams
- Personal sales background of at least 2 years with a track record
- Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model
- Positive attitude towards achievement
- Great communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel a plus
- Excellent customer service background

Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
