We are currently seeking an Assistant to the Sales Director (m/f/d) for our location in Peach Lake, NY.

You thrive in a busy office environment and excel under pressure.
You are the central point of contact for coordinating with other departments, working closely with sales representatives, managers, the company headquarters, and other teams.
You independently manage all administrative tasks for the sales department.
Are you able to review and book customer contracts, create commission statements for your sales colleagues, prepare offers, statistics, and presentations, and coordinate appointments, travel, and meetings? If so, this is the job for you.

What makes you special:

Whether you have experience in sales support, an assistant role, or office management, your commercial training has prepared you for this position.
As expected in sales, you have a passion for working with numbers.
You are proficient in MS Office and ideally also in SAP R/
As the central point of contact, strong communication skills are a must.
You excel in coordination and communication, even in highpressure situations
