We are here today, will be here tomorrow, and are a thriving community of over 2,000 risk management professionals.The AdaptiveWork Systems Engineer, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for managing and enhancing the AdaptiveWork tool, ensuring its optimal performance, scalability, and integration within existing systems.
This position liaisons with regional VARs, internal entities, and users within AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions to ensure maintenance of tool functionality and security.
This position can be located anywhere (remote) within the United States.Administer, configure, and customize the AdaptiveWork project management tool to meet the specific requirements of the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements within the AdaptiveWork software.
Implement automation processes to streamline workflows within AdaptiveWork while leveraging APIs and scripting languages.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure the reliability and availability of AdaptiveWork.
Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations within AdaptiveWork.
Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with Planview AdaptiveWork software as an Administrator or Engineer. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Able to complete tasks independently with little supervision.
Computer skill; Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
Regular computer usage.
Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
Travel both domestic and international, up to 50%, and work flexible hours, as required.
