- Support and patch physical and virtualized Windows servers to ensure availability in a highly regulated PCI environment.
- Utilize analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve multi-product/multi-environment enterprise related system defects related to operating systems and servers.
- Perform infrastructure maintenance activities such as: patching, capacity planning, incident logging, monitoring, troubleshoot and resolve complex production problems.
- With the support of Senior Engineers, develop requirements, scope, and estimates with internal business partners for patching work while keeping security, compliance, and business impact as a top priority.
- Collaborate closely with Network and Security teams to identify root causes of problems, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate related issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize strong logical and analytical skills while maintaining poise and focus in high-stress situations to resolve issues efficiently.
- Motivated to research new technologies that could help the team overcome challenging scenarios or that would positively impact the health of the overall infrastructure environment.
- BS in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree, technical training, or equivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
- 3-5 years' experience with (Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory Server, and Microsoft O365.
- Experience with Tanium Patch Management Software
- PCI-DSS experience is a plus.
