- ServiceNow application development and technical support
- Creating dashboards and visualizing data using ServiceNow analytics and/or MS Power BI
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for engineering data solutions in ServiceNow
- Designing, testing, and implementing solutions
- Assisting with data normalization and management in ServiceNow
- Collaborating across teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Creating and maintaining projects in Jira
- Supporting other tasks as needed
- Updating and enhancing existing applications
- Managing user access and permissions in ServiceNow
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow, with a focus on development
- Proficiency in Javascript
- Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with data visualization tools and platforms
- ServiceNow Certification(s)
- Experience with Jira and data visualization tools like Power BI
- Knowledge of Github repository
- Minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Software Development
- BA/BS in a related field
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and meet security clearance requirements
