- Manage end-to-end execution of capital projects, aligning timelines, budgets, and technical scopes with Bridor's goals, while formally adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project goals, responsibilities, and agreements.
- Oversee on-site construction and start-up activities in our state-of-the-art Industrial Baking Plants.
- Drive the success of manufacturing processes at a commercial scale, addressing staffing needs, technical development, and more.
- Prioritize safety in project development and execution, ensuring the safe implementation of capital projects.
- Lead troubleshooting during commissioning and startup, covering technology transfer, validation, safety inspection, training, and production ramp-up.
- Prepare, review, and revise design basis and engineering packages for capital projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of hands-on experience overseeing manufacturing construction projects, ideally in the industrial baking manufacturing industry.
- Professional Civil Engineering License required.
- Strong technical background in overseeing construction, engineering design, food processing equipment layout, and control systems.
- Proven ability to define problems, take initiative, and prioritize objectives across multiple projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- PMP certification or similar project management certifications are a plus.
- CAD model and design drawing preparation expertise are a plus.
- Experience with formal budget and timeline adherence.
- Strong contract negotiation skills and vendor management expertise.
- Willingness to travel, with flexibility for a work arrangement that may include frequent travel to each facility or planned facility locations.
