Compensation: Pay Group 12 for Dülmen The City of Dülmen is seeking to fill the position of Civil Engineer as Head of Technical Operations for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (m/f/d).

This is a full-time, permanent position with 39 hours per week. The salary is based on Pay Group 12 of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD).

The Wastewater Treatment Plant, with a total of 13 employees, is operated as a quasi-independent institution and is responsible for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the entire sewer network in Dülmen.

The plant serves a population of more than [insert number] residents through a combined/separate system with a current length of 345 km (including pressure pipelines).

Property connections are part of the public wastewater system.

There are numerous special structures, including 44 rainwater basins, 40 medium and large pumping stations, and 205 small pumping stations.
