VE2413 - Business Lawyer / Engineer (m/f/d) for Contract & Claims Management in Energy Projects

Your tasks

  • Participation in contract design and negotiation
  • Project-related contract management (contract administration)
  • Technical contract and risk analysis, clarification of interfaces
  • Development of strategies and concepts for claim preparation and defense
  • Participation in the preparation and defense of claims
  • Support / advice for project teams on contract matters

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies (engineering or business law / law)
  • Preferably relevant professional experience in contract and / or project management
  • Very good knowledge of contract law such as BGB, VOB, HOAI, preferably also knowledge of international standard contract templates such as FIDIC
  • Negotiation skills in German (C1-C2) and good English skills as well as confident handling of software tools (MS Office)
  • Willingness to travel and work on site
