    The RealReal is looking for an Acquisition Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team This position reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Acquisition. This person will work across paid media channels including Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Digital Radio, Direct Mail and TV/OTT. This role is a key position on the Acquisition Marketing team, also owning ad tech/operations for digital marketing, ensuring that programs are tagged and tracked properly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and is hungry to learn and contribute. They will work closely with key stakeholders to support asset briefing, campaign trafficking, channel monitoring and performance hindsights.

    What You Get To Do Everyday

    • Monitor Daily channel performance
    • Collaborate with Acquisition team and Analytics on attribution and reporting projects to understand the impact of channels
    • Be an authority on paid channel creative, leveraging past performance data to brief in new assets to drive performance
    • Manage channel aggregation of marketing mix modeling data weekly
    • Manage channel financial needs such as accruals, POs and vendor invoicing
    • Manage channel asset trafficking including digital and offline (TV/OTT)
    • Own ad serving, tag implementation, troubleshooting/QA to ensure marketing programs are launched and tracked properly
    What You Bring To The Role
    • 1-3 years of experience in paid media channels and campaign trafficking
    • In platform experience with Meta and Affiliate channels (e.g Impact Radius),
    • Experience with Television channel management (e.g pre logs, post logs and weekly clearance)
    • Strong attention to detail with experience in proper campaign set-up and QA
    • Technical problem solver with an interest for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving difficult technical issues
    • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker to ensure ad platforms and internal data tools have reliable data for analysis
    • Digitally savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Experience with Google Merchant Center and maintaining shopping feeds for Google, Facebook, etc.
    • Highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proactive and positive self-starter who works well independently and within a team context
    • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have awareness and judgment to prioritize different tasks and priorities

    The expected salary range for this role is $60, $77, To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
