Responsibilities:
Create and publish monthly PIF performance report
Analyze program metrics. Assist in researching program data to help identify areas of improvement, likely resulting in ad hoc projects
Assist regional teams with customized self-serve reporting in interim as go forward dashboard solution is being developed
Develop Reporting dashboards i.e., using Tableau or comparable tool
Conduct outreach and follow up with regional POCs regarding aging cases in the pipeline
Assist with stakeholder requirements gathering for PRM (our client interface/application), as needed

Assist in updating existing program material post technology releases, including obtaining all necessary approvals, submitting to Compass and VOL, etc.

Assist in documenting PIF processes, including archive management and clean up

The chosen candidate should have the ability to foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to the business.

Qualifications:
Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating across functional activities, and obtain buy in
Superior project management and problem solving skills
Clear communication skills able to communicate compelling messages in written and verbal forms
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel for project tracking and reporting
Familiarity with Tableau for program dashboards and reporting
Experience in payments and/or consulting in payments would be preferable but is not required

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
