    Regional Account Manager



    Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annualized base salary + monthly bonus opportunity


    The Regional Account Manager will provide a heightened level of service and support while deepening the relationship with our active customers. The Account Manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities. A successful Account Manager will be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining and growing their business with Fluid Truck.

    Responsibilities:

    • Primary responsibility will be to ensure a world class customer experience.
    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with active customers with the ultimate goal of driving revenue growth.
    • Addressing and resolving key customer complaints.
    • Acting as the main point of contact between active customers and internal teams.
    • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for various teams and stakeholders.
    • Developing a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
    • Cross train members of the customer care team to ensure a seamless experience for the customer
    • Oversee the customer care workflow to optimize the customer experience.
    • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to determine the appropriate fleet allocation per market.
    • Work collaboratively with the RSM to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new customers.


    Requirements

    • Proven experience in account management.
    • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics
    • Ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities and requirements under time constraints.
    • Highly conscientious follow up and problem solving skills
    • Proficient in CRM software.
    • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
    • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
    • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work cross functionally.
    • Proficient in a web based and mobile app driven environment with the ability to use a variety of systems and technologies.
