    Job Description:

    RESPONSBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
    Lead Alpine's corporate development initiatives in South TX
    Oversee sourcing activities including pipeline management, strategy development, deal structuring, and offer presentation
    Manage diligence and execution including data summaries, modeling, and relationship management
    Serve as a clinician-facing voice and face for the Alpine organization
    Partner with local Alpine physician leaders to build relationships with top targets and solidify sourcing strategies

    SKILLS &


    EXPERIENCE:
    5+ years of healthcare investing experience, preferably in corporate development or healthcare private equity
    Analytical skillset with ability to summarize disparate data and build financial models
    Outstanding written and oral communication skills including an interest in sourcing and managing relationships
    Ability to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial and positive attitude
    Passion for value-based care including improving quality of life for physicians and quality of care for patients
    Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing healthcare services organization
    While not required, familiarity with the South TX primary care market is beneficial
