- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a directly related field is required. and
- Four (4) years in providing technical support and maintenance to assigned systems, platforms, and applications or directly related experience is required.
- Two (2) years of prior supervisory or lead experience is required.
- Degrees awarded outside of the United States with the exception of those awarded in one of the United States territories and Canada, must be credentialed by the World Education Services (WES), Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or a National Association of Credential Evaluation (NACES) member organization.
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks to staff and collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational or department success. Ability to align team's tasks with departmental procedures and objectives and serve as a reliable resource for other employees in an area of expertise.

Job Summary
Provide day-to-day work direction and supervise to maintain steady workflow and productivity in Information
Technology (IT) support, operations, and activities. Manage technical services for the Bureau/Department and
provide system and other technical training to department staff. Design and customize data entry screens for
department use. Develop and maintain systems, tools, and device manuals, practices, and policies. Troubleshoot
and resolve end user problems.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates who are contacted will be required to produce original required documents (e.g., current driver's license, diploma, school transcript, certifications, etc.) listed on the Notice of Job Opportunity within five (5) days of being extended an offer, in writing, by the Bureau Chief of BHR (or designee).
Ability to operate and train others on QBIC, ability to work in a union environment, and ability to manage multiple projects and groups of people and to supervise staff and make decisions.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently
to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may
involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
