Description

Blooming Valley is looking for a Process Technologist Metal (m/f/d) apprentice at our Sasbach location. Become an expert in cold forming.

As a Process Technologist Metal, you will monitor, control, and regulate our production processes and equipment in cold mass forming - the core competence of our company.

You will learn how to set up our presses, assemble and install the tools, and prepare everything for successful series production.

As a Process Technologist Metal, you will monitor the production and be responsible for collecting and evaluating operational data to control the processes.

You will also ensure the quality of the parts and apply methods of quality assurance. You will identify disruptions in the production process and take measures to eliminate them.

Requirements:

Good secondary school diploma or equivalent
Passion for mathematics, technology, and natural sciences in school
Demonstrated manual dexterity in a school project or in your free time
Good spatial imagination and logical thinking
Reliability, teamwork, and commitment

Key facts:

Recognized IHK qualification as a Process Technologist Metal (m/f/d)
Duration of apprenticeship: 3.5 years
Dual training: practical training with us, theory at the Kehl vocational school (block lessons)
