After extensive training, you will strengthen our international Customer Solution Management team in user support for our software CarLo.
In addition, as an internationally operating company, Soloplan offers you the opportunity to support your future colleagues in Customer Solution Management on site at one of our branches in Kempten (D), Dresden (D), Katowice (PL), Wroclaw (PL), Murcia (ES) or Pretoria (ZA). Exchange of experience, international competence and fun in dealing with diverse contacts - all from one source.
Your tasks
- Take over second level support via phone, emails or tickets
- Documentation and analysis of customer inquiries using a modern ticket system
- Processing of inquiries in the ticket system in cooperation with colleagues from other departments
If you are interested in field service activities, you will also take on the following tasks, which will be remunerated with an additional performance bonus:
- Installation of our software products at customer sites
- Configure and implement our software solutions according to customer requirements
- Conduct customer trainings on site
