What You'll Do

Provide first and second level IT support for servers and clients, working closely with team members
Manage user accounts and email in Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premise Active Directory
Handle user requests for changes and incidents
Set up and configure IT equipment, user applications, and workstations
Assist with managing and maintaining IT documentation and the knowledge base
Manage software licenses

What You'll Need

Completed training as a computer scientist or equivalent IT-related qualification/experience
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Office)
Experience with virtualization using VMware
Basic understanding of network, UPS, and backup technologies (Veeam)
