- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Verify insurance and patient eligibility.
- Send out preauthorization and claims.
- Present treatment plans to the patient
- Post payments and follow up with unpaid claims.
- Must be familiar with most common commercial and government insurance plans.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with dental softwares Open Dental and XL dent
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Experience in managing doctor and Hygiene schedules
