We are looking for a motivated student (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg.


Responsibilities:

  • Active Sourcing: you identify suitable candidates (m/f/d) on social media channels and inspire them for ITech Consult AG and our DNA
  • Support in recruiting: you create and publish job advertisements on various channels
  • Coordination of interviews / conducting telephone and video calls with your candidates (m/f/d)
  • Involvement in the development of our HR systems and processes according to the latest trends (participation in the integration of OpenAI technologies into our processes, working with ChatGBT, etc.)
  • Taking on your own projects (e.g. in the field of employer branding)

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student in the field of business, psychology, computer science or a similar course of study
hours per week available alongside your studies

  • First practical experience in HR / recruiting
  • German + English / LinkedIN / HR management systems / Office 365
  • Organizational talent: independent
