Service Advisor (m/f/d)

WHAT WE OFFER:

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical education, preferably as a certified automotive master technician (m/f/d) or service advisor (m/f/d)
  • Work experience in repair or maintenance, as well as in diagnosing electrical and electronic components is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of service appointments, including researching the reason for the customer's visit, their requests, and any potential issues
  • Ensuring timely availability of necessary parts for service
  • Conducting direct customer consultations and informing them about necessary repairs for their vehicle
  • Actively selling service packages, parts, and accessories
  • Handing over repaired vehicles to customers and explaining the work that was done, as well as the invoice
